Of course, a few of our orders were screwed up with the final entrées, but we were too ready to leave to make complaints. He got an attitude, rolled his eyes, told us we should have spoken up before he prepared the meat, and complained for about 2 minutes before going back to the kitchen. The cook (who actually was the only positive thing from this experience after this moment) acted like this was the end of the world. She wasn't rude in any way and had no idea (because we were a large group and they were on opposite ends) someone had ordered lobster. Upon realizing this, one of our group members informed the chef she was allergic to lobster and couldn't eat any of the chicken that was from the plate (they were touching). Her attitude continued with each delivery.įinally, when the cook came out, there was a single order of lobster on the tray with all of the other meats. This girl does NOT belong in a serving position. I've never seen so many people look surprised at once at the way she was speaking to us. Instead of trying to figure out why some of us looked confused, she proceeded to get loud and speak slowly to us like we were grade school children. The orders were obviously messed up as some combinations were made that were supposed to be split, and some entirely different orders were brought. The girl who brought our sushi out was probably the rudest individual I've ever met. Apparently the guy taking these orders wasn't too good at it, but we'll leave that alone. No big deal, got another one and continued on. There were CLEARLY insect body parts (legs) frozen in the ice cubes of a margarita we received. To begin with, we are waiting around and decide to order drinks. Not a single one of us are "let me speak to the manager" people or rude in any way. I have many friends who work in the service industry so I tend to give the benefit of the doubt. This is the second review I've ever written.
#Taki macon ga menu how to#
The teriyaki salmon was to die for! I don't know how to describe it, but it was amazing, and I would get it next time. Most of the food we tried was absolutely fantastic (we didn't do hibachi). One hostess was dressed in a kimono, waiters smartly dressed in all black. It looks like a hodgepodge as you enter, has 2 rooms for hibachi (4 large tables, I believe), the rest is restaurant-style, and a big area as you enter where there's a now-defunct fountain (maybe it's empty for repairs, not sure). Taki is a fusion restaurant, and I'm not just talking about the food.
